The original string bikini is defined by a pair of triangular shaped fabric that covers the breasts. The top is held together by three strings or straps. One long string is the frame of the band (the base of the triangle) that connects the two pieces of fabric around the ribcage and ties at the back. The other two strings connect at the top of the triangle to secure around the neck.

My favorite is the Halter top. It can be described as wider fabric that begin at the band and become thinner as it reaches around the neck. Think of an elongated triangle that doesn’t have strings at the top of the triangle. Rather the triangle is continuous and wraps around the neck to tie.
Halters fit well on women with smaller busts especially when there is some lining or padding. It creates the illusion that you have bigger breasts. To see how to add your own padding or soft cups to your halter top, click the modifications bubble at the bottom of the page. For women with large breasts and desire a two piece swimsuit, the halter top offers extra support.

Bikinis fit best on women with Slender/Athletic or Hour Glass body types. If you’re not sure what body type you have…click the link on the bottom of the page.
I would highly recommend women with smaller busts to consider a purchasing a padded push up bra sized swimsuit. The most common designs are thin with little coverage, and might make a flat chest...look even smaller.
For women with large busts, this two piece swimsuit will not provide sufficient support for you, and may look overly distracting. I also suggest a bra sized swimsuit. Click the button "bra sized swimsuit" on the top left menu for more information.
Strings can push into flabby areas (particularly the stomach) and cause the surrounding area to pop out making it unattractive.
Try a brief cut, a french cut or boy shorts to eliminate this effect. Also this should be avoided by heavier women by choosing a one piece swimsuit with tummy control. One piece swimsuits are incredibly sexy!
As for colors, dark patterned colors are slimming. And patterns distract. Bright solid colors can make it pop!
Metallic fabrics do an exceptionally good job on making your bust and butt look fuller. Don’t choose crazy colors like something from the 80’s, it’ll look tacky.
