You’re ready to begin!First we’re going to...
Measure your Frame size, also called Bra Band Size
1- Place the tape around your ribcage right underneath your breasts (where your bra sits). You don’t want the tape to be too firm or too loose on you and make sure that the front and back are leveled.
Take your frame measurement and add 5. If the number you get is an odd number then round one number up. Bra sizes don’t come in sizes 33, 35, 37 etc. This is your bra’s band size! Jot down that measurement.
For example:
My frame measurement is 30 inches, and then I add 5. 30+5=35.But since bras don’t like odd numbers like 35, I round it up one number to 36.
Now I know I’m a 36….something?
Measure your Breasts
2- Place the tape around the fullest part of your breasts. This happens to be usually at the nipples. Again, watch the front and back making sure it’s well balanced. Write down your breast measurement.
Now for some math!
The formula for your breast size is:
Breast Measurement – Frame Measurement = Bra size
(minus)For example:
My breast measurement is 38. And my frame size is 36.
38-36 = 2
No, this doesn’t mean I’m a size two.
Refer your final number to this chart below:

And voila! I measure bra size of size 36B.
Keep in mind that if you're between two sizes, go with the one you feel more comfortable with. Every bra has a different give, and flexibility. So depending on which bra and what activity you plan to do with it, a size up or down will have its benefits.
Every body is different!
